I've been useing Alex East end floral shop for 18 years. My mother mother moved from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh 21 years ago. And when I visited my mom I noticed a flower shop down the street from her.Since then they have been my to go spot. There service is always friendly with an assortment of options for special occasions and holiday to make My mother feel special. I can't say enough thank you for your service and I appreciate what you do for me being from Philadelphia and out of town it's great that I have someone who I can count on to give my mother a special day.

Alex was great to work with for the floral arrangements and additional details for our wedding. He was very valuable in helping us fill in the gaps in our vision, as well as being receptive when we had comments. He turned centerpieces, candles, etc. (all those little details) into low stress issues. He was very professional and easy to work with for us and our wedding planner. The end results were beautiful and provided detail that helped make the day special!

I loved working with Alex for my wedding florals! He came highly recommended by my matron of honor, who has worked with him before, and he did not disappoint. I provided Alex a Pinterest board as well as some more general inspiration — like what the groom’s tie looked like, my matron of honor’s dress, etc. — and he executed the vision perfectly! My and my MOH’s bouquets looked related by not identical, which I love, and his centerpieces really brought our reception space to life. (He also did the centerpieces for my bridal shower, and they were just as beautiful.) In addition to his floral expertise, Alex was kind and attentive through the process, and worked with both my mother and my MOH when I was too overwhelmed with other aspects of planning. He also arranged to drop my and my MOH’s bouquets off separately from the day-of delivery to the venue so I was able to have photos taken when I was getting ready. I also deeply appreciated his honesty — I was thinking of getting baby’s breath for our ceremony space and he said he could do it but that for the price versus the time spent in the space, he wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, even though that meant less $$ for him. We loved having Alex as our florist for our wedding day! He was very pleasant to work with and creative with the arrangements. I knew nothing about flowers and he was really helpful and patient! You can tell he has many years of experience in the business. What we appreciated most was that Alex was the only florist to work within our budget, and the arrangements were great quality. We got so many compliments from our guests on our florals! Thank you, Alex!

I cannot say enough about the beautiful job Alex’s team did for my wedding. They listened to all of my requests and made my dream come true. I had a gorgeous arch arrangement to get married under, as well as table arrangements that were better than what I modeled after on Pinterest. The team is kind and responsive and you can tell the care they put into their work. I would absolutely recommend their services.
